Maca Barbosa returns to the León de Greiff Auditorium as Resident Conductor of the Presences, Sounds & Echoes season. On this occasion, she will lead a performance of The Canticle of the Sun by acclaimed composer Sofia Gubaidulina, featuring renowned Colombian cellist Santiago Cañón-Valencia.

This concert brings together the profound spiritual language of Gubaidulina's music with the exceptional artistry of Santiago Cañón-Valencia in one of the most significant contemporary works for cello and ensemble.
